AWS ecs에러:Resourceinitializationerror: failed to validate logger args:..

AWS ECS 생성하는데 다음과 같은 에러가 발생했다.

Resourceinitializationerror: failed to validate logger args:
create stream has been retried 1 times: failed to create Cloudwatch log group: 
AccessDeniedException: User: arn:aws:sts::[aws_account_number]:assumed-role/ecsTaskExecutionRole/101d2652182f473ba30ba9adc0cf936a is not authorized to perform: 
logs :CreateLogGroup on resource: arn:aws:logs:ap-northeast-2:[aws_account_number]:
log-group:/ecs/backend:log-stream: 
because no identity-based policy allows the logs: 
CreateLogGroup action status code: 400, 
request id: cd95f3ab-a412-47b6-9c54-a3c55c84ffcc : exit status 1

 

이상해서 CloudWatch의 LogGroup가서 확인해보니 전에 똑같은 이름으로 로그그룹이 생성이 되어있어서 생성이 안된것 같아

 

이전에 있던 LogGroup삭제했더니 제대로 작동하였다.
